New Client: Psychic Astrology Reading Registration

Dear Friend, Welcome to the special "PSYCHIC ASTROLOGY READING REGISTRATION" page for NEW & OCCASIONAL psychic-astrology clients only.  Cynthia wants you to know that she is *honored* that you have chosen her to serve you as your astrologer, and promises to do the best job she can to help you connect with the Spiritual-Psychic Realm via astrology, and get the answers & guidance that you need.

This page will walk you step-by-step through the process to pay for & get registered for your session with Cynthia.  Basically, all you need to do is pay using the secure payment method with your credit or debit card or paypal account, and then fill out a simple form providing Cynthia with your contact info & a little bit of pertinient background info, such as when you are available to have your session.  The whole process usually takes about 5 minutes.

The cost for a full length standard "Psychic Astrology Reading" with Cynthia for new or occasional clients is $195.  This includes your session (about an hour and a half), any relevant astrology charts or reports Cynthia runs to do your reading, plus an optional CD recording of the session.  Once you have had your first session, if you continue to have a psychic astrology reading at least once every 12 months, you then are entitled to the "Regular Returning Client", which is $20 off the psychic astrology "new or occasional client" rate. 

Remember: this page is for NEW or OCCASIONAL CLIENTS only.  "NEW CLIENT" means someone who has never had a standard full-length Psychic Astrology reading with Cynthia before, or a returning psychic-astrology client who had their last reading with Cynthia more than 12 months.  If you have had a standard, full-length Psychic Astrology reading with Cynthia in the last 12 months, please register on the "RETURNING CLIENT" page.  (Please note:   Only clients who have had psychic-astrology readings at the standard, full-length rate in the last 12 months qualify for the "Returning Client" psychic-astrology rate.  Readings done during camp, or any other special promotion, do NOT count as a standard, full-length session.)

Once Cynthia receives your payment & registration, she (or her assistant) will contact you within usually 1 to 3 business days to set up your session.   Cynthia is usually booked up at least one week ahead of time, plus it can take up to a week for Cynthia to review your charts, so you should plan on registering for your reading at least 1 or 2 weeks in advance of when you would actually like to have the session.  If you need a session sooner, you may wish to e-mail first to inquire about appointment availability.  Also, you can read about Cynthia's appointment availability below.

PLEASE NOTE:   Just because a day/time is listed in the "Appointment Availability" document does not mean that it is still available at the time you are reading this, as this schedule was posted in mid-December 2011, and several clients have made appointments since then.  However, looking over the schedule before you register for a reading can be very useful, as it gives you a general idea of when Cynthia might be available, and when she is not.  Please note that due to Cynthia's busy teaching schedule, there is usually at least one week each month where there are NO reading slots open.  (However, there are MANY other slots open the rest of the time....smile.)

STEP 1:  Register and pay for your Psychic Astrology Reading by clicking on the payment button to the left.  Cost is $195 (Please complete registration before proceeding to step two.)

STEP 2:  Complete & submit the brief "Contact & Background Info" form below to schedule your session.  If you would prefer, you can schedule your session by telephone by calling (316) 652-8970.  Please make sure you pay & register for your session before completing this step.  (If you have already scheduled your session by phone with Cynthia, and you are just using this page to pay, you may skip this second step if you'd like.)

Please Note:  When registering for your session below, you have the option of receiving your "Psychic Astrology Reading" In-Person, via Telephone, or via MP3 download on-line.  (If you choose MP3 download, you do NOT have to complete scheduling info, as Cynthia will simply do your reading, post it to a secure page on her website, and then you can listen to your reading when it is convenient for you.)

What happens after you register & pay for your session?

After you register & pay for your reading, you will receive an e-mail from Cynthia offering you a couple of different appointment times to choose from, based on the scheduling information you provided on your background and information form.  (Cynthia may also choose to call you with this information instead if she thinks it would be easier to make arrangements for your reading by phone in your specific case.)

It may take a couple of days for Cynthia to get back to you, so please don't worry if you don't receive your scheduling e-mail the same day.  Cynthia tries to review all requests for readings within 3 business days.  She doesn't usually check her e-mail on Saturdays or Sundays, so if you apply on the weekend, expect to receive your appointment time after Monday of the next week.

If you want to talk to Cynthia before you receive your scheduling e-mail, or if you just want to expedite the scheduling process, you are always welcome to call her at (316) 652-8970.  (If you happen to get her voice mail, it probably means she is on the other line with another client.  Please leave your name, daytime & evening phone numbers, e-mail, and the reason you are calling, and she will get back with you as soon as she can!)

Please Note:  Most people that register & apply for a session with Cynthia are accepted.  Cynthia is devoted to her calling as a spiritual psychic & guide.  She tries to serve as many people as she can.  However, Cynthia does occasionally receive more requests for sessions than she can reasonably do.  If this is the case, she will immediately refund your money & let you know when she thinks a more suitable time to apply would be. 

Also, if Cynthia feels that you would be better served by another professional or lightworker, she may decline to do your session.  This is in no way a reflection of your inherent beauty or goodness.  Cynthia just prefers to work with only the clients that she knows she can best serve.  If Cynthia cannot serve you at this time, she will refund your fee.  However, once your application is accepted, there are no refunds or transfers.
