Spiritual Voyage to Egypt.....with Kevin Phillips PART 1.....August 24, 2010
One of the best parts of my class weekends up at Sunset is that I also get to spend time getting spiritually fed.
Not only am I the “teacher”, but I also get to be the student too. That’s because
on the weekend of my classes, my friend & spiritual teacher colleague Kevin Phillips present a short class on Sunday mornings,
followed by a “talk” during the Sunday service. The content of Kevin’s classes very from Sunday to Sunday. This past Sunday,
we talked about the power of non-judgment (especially in terms of sexuality), being in alignment with self, and breaking free
from the tendency to give up one’s own power. Then, in the subsequent church service, Kevin shared
with us about his travels to Egypt, Greece, and Peru, and how he was personally changed by visiting the sacred sites in these
places.
Kevin has taught on many different subjects at Wells, including DNA activation. He is getting ready
to teach a workshop at Sunset on Labor Day weekend (weekend of September 4th) on “Working with the Seven Cosmic Seals”. If you’re interested in attending

subjects, it seems to me that his true love is Egypt and the
sacred temples & pyramids there. Kevin is an extremely quiet man. But if you get
him talking about Egypt, you will see his eyes light up, and a golden GLOW literally begins to emanate from his aura.
In addition to traveling to Peru and Greece to visit the sacred sites in these locations, Kevin has been to Egypt on
two different occasions. I don’t believe these were simply “sightseeing” excursions.
It seems to me that Kevin’s passion for Egypt has been in traveling there to experience the spiritual dimensions of its sacred places, and to
draw upon the Atlantean & Pleiadian energies that are still accessible
via the Egyptian pyramids & temples. Most people who are on the path of
conscious, spiritual awakening eventually feel a call to Egypt. This is because many
of us had past lifetimes in Egypt as spiritual initiates and priests & priestesses. Also, many people living
in our current times who are awakening through meditation, yoga, psychic development, and spirituality also had past lifetimes in Atlantis. When Atlantis sank, we migrated to Egypt, and carried
on our spiritual traditions & mysteries there, in the pyramids and the sacred temples. For many of
us, going to Egypt is like returning home. We can experience a spiritual awakening just by being there,
and retrieve aspects of ourselves that were left behind in previous incarnations.
Of course, it helps if you have someone to guide you through this process of “re-awakening”.
When you go to Egypt, it’s helpful to have someone with you who has been there before, and understands
what it is like to experience the massive energy fluctuations that happen within the human aura & body upon its first
contact with the pyramids & temples. It also helps to have someone with you who possesses a deep understanding
of the spiritual traditions of ancient Egypt, someone who is scholarly & knowledgeable about how this all ties in with
Atlantis, the Pleiades, and our current earth changes. Kevin is exactly this kind of person…the kind
of person who could assist you in your spiritual-reawakening and re-activation while visiting the pyramids & other sacred
sites of Egypt.
 The
trip will be for 10 days from March 12-23 of 2011 (that’s this upcoming March). It
includes a wonderful planned itinerary of four nights in Giza, two nights in Luxor, a 5 day cruise on the Nile, sightseeing
in Cairo and Abydos, and gatherings with a couple of other Egypt-knowledgeable spiritual teachers in addition to
Kevin. We’ll
be touring many of the powerful sacred temples, pyramids, and sites in Egypt. My understanding is
that we will actually be able to go *inside* some of the temples and pyramids, including the
Temple of Isis, the Sekhmet Chapel, Dendera, Abydos, the temple of Amun, and The Great Pyramid,
plus others. (This is significant, since when you are in Egypt, you have to have the right kind of tour
guide who knows the right people who can get you “inside”, or otherwise…well, otherwise, you are stuck
outside.) Also, I have heard that starting in 2012, the Egyptian government is planning to begin closing down most of the temples
& pyramids to the public. The reason they are offering for this is that they are finding that the hieroglyphs
& inner structures of the temples themselves are starting to deteriorate as a result of the saliva that is being distributed
on the breath of everyone who is breathing inside of these places (really). So if you want to actually
go into the few remaining temples that are still open to the public, you had better plan on doing it in the next
year or so. As
I said earlier, the trip is planned for March 12 through March 23 2011.
This is 10 days, which does include your travel time to get to & from Egypt. The price
to go will depend on how many people we have....
